## Discrepancy

ON CLIMBOUT AFTER FLAP RETRACTION, NR 4 ENG HAD LOUD BANG AND CEASED OPERATION.  RETURNED TO DTW.  MAINTENANCE REPLACED NR 4 ENG.  ALL RUNS AND LEAK CHECKS GOOD.
