FLT 6241 - MTJ-PHX - DURING PREFLIGHT CHECK, THE CREW REPORTED THAT ONE UNDER DASH EMERGENCY LIGHT WAS INOPERATIVE.  MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND THIS ITEM WAS DEFERRED PER MEL NR 3302.  THE AIRCRAFT CONTINUED SERVICE. (M)
