## Discrepancy

RIGHT FLIGHT SPOILER DEPLOY IN FLIGHT. THE CREW WAS ABLE TO OVERCOME THE ACTION OF THE SPOILER AND CONTROL THE AIRCRAFT IN FLIGHT. THE SPOILER WOULD NOT RETRACT AND WHEN THE AIRCRAFT ARRIVED AT THE GATE THE SPOILER WAS STILL FULLLY DEPLOYED AND THE ATTACHMENT BRACKET WAS BROKEN. MACHANIC WAS CALLED, REMOVED AND REPLACED THE SPOILER, OP CHECKS GOOD. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
