## Discrepancy

AFTER DEPARTURE THE CREW RECIEVED A FLAP FAIL MSG. A/C RETURNED TO THE FIELD AND MX WAS CALLED. MX REMOVED ICE FROM THE FLAPS. OP CHECKS GOOD.  NO PARTS USED
