## Discrepancy

ASH 7138 ORD TO RDU-AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO FIELD BECAUSE THE AIRCRAFT WOULD NOT PRESSURIZE.  AIRCRAFT WAS FERRIED TO IAD.  MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE SECONDARY OUTFLOW VALVE AND SYSTEM OPS CHECKED GOOD.
