## Discrepancy

ASH 6528 PHX - PVR.  ABORTED TAKEOFF DUE TO LEFT THRUST REVERSER UNSAFE MESSAGE.  MAINTENANCE PLACED THE THRUST REVERSER ON MEL.  MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED K29 RELAY, OPS CHECK GOOD.
