ASH 7169 IAD-GSP- E2 SHUTDOWN AT 11OOO FEET IN LEVEL CRUISE.  CAPTAIN DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND LANDED WITH ONE ENGINE.  MAINTENANCE IS TROUBLESHOOTING 2/18/05 MAINTENANCE CHANGED THE AGB.
