ASH 7137 IAD - GEAR DISAGREE ON APPROACH MLG DID NOT EXTEND.  CREW CIRCLED AND GEAR CAME DOWN.  FERRIED TO CLT WHERE MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED RESERVOIR AND THE 3A PUMP.  OP'S CHECK GOOD.
