## Discrepancy

ASH 2905 PHX.  CAPTAIN REPORTED FLAPS FAILED TO MOVE ON APPROACH INTO GJT FROM 15 DEGREES TO 35 DEGREES.  MX INSPECTED SYSTEM AND PERFORMED NUMEROUS OPERATIONAL CHECKS AND COULD NOT DUPLICATE MALFUNCTION.
