ASH  FLT 2752 PHX - SBP.  DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND DIVERTED TO PSP DUE TO A CARGO BOTTLE LOW CAUTION MESSAGE.  CAUTION MESSAGE WENT AWAY ON FINAL.  REMOVED AND REPLACED RT BOTTLE, OPS NORMAL.
