ASH FLT 2850 YUM-PHX.  CREW HAD A GEAR DISAGREE WARNING MESSAGE UPON GEAR RETRACTION.  MX FOUND A LOOSE PROXIMITY SENSOR TARGET AND THE RIGHT GEAR INSTALLATION AND SECURED IT.
