## Discrepancy

ASH FLT 7133 ORD - ROA - CAPT RETURNED TO GATE DUE TO LEFT ENGINE HYD SOV CIRCUIT BREAKER POPPED AND WILL NOT RESET WITH "ELECTRICAL SMELL" IN FLIGHT DECK.  MX REPLACED THE HYD SOV, NO SMOKE DAMAGE.
