## Discrepancy

RTF AND EMERGENCY DECLARED DUE TO RUNAWAY RUDDER TRIM.  PASSENGERS WERE NOT BRACED.  RUDDER TRIM MOVED UNCOMMANDED WITH AUTO-PILOT ENGAGED.  FLIGHT CREW PULLED RUDDER TRIM CIRCUIT BREAKER AS A PRECAUTION ON APPROACH.  MX REPLACED TRIM CONTROL PANEL.
