PERFORMED NEW REPAIR OF THE AFFECTED AREAS PER REO 690-53-11-1415. NOT PERFORMED, NO DEFECTS NOTED. ALL WORK COMPLETED REO 690-53-11-1415. THIS IS A PERM REPAIR AND IS COMPLETE.
