BLEED 2 LEAK IN FLIGHT,  R & R NR 2 ENGINE PRECOOLER GASKET OPS CK GOOD. CREW FOLLOWED QRH AND HAD TO AVOID ICING CONDITIONS LANDED IN ALTERNATE AIRPORT.
