## Discrepancy

CAPTAIN REPORTED THAT THE RT ENGINE BLEED VALVE SWITCH WAS OUT OF SERVICE PANEL WAS REMOVED AND SWITCH WAS UNCLOGGED AND PNEUMATIC SYSTEM WAS LET OUT OF SERVICE IAW MM.  DURING TRANSIT PANEL ASSEMBLY BLEED AIR WAS REPLACED IAW MM.
