## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT ARRIVED WITH REPORT PRIMARY HORIZONTAL STABILIZER WITHOUT MOVEMENT, IT WAS NECESSARY TO COMPENSATE WITH ELEVATOR DURING FINAL APPROACH.  THE GEARBOX ASSEMBLY TRIM AND ALTERNATE ENGINE WERE REPLACED IAW MM AND RELAY LONGITUDINAL TRIM WAS REPLACED IAW MM, TESTS CORRECT.
