## Discrepancy

FLT 402 - MEX-JFK - AIRCRAFT RETURN TO PLATFORM, ENGINE NR 1 DID NOT START.  DURING REVISION, THE STARTER SHAFT WAS BROKEN.  THE STARTER WAS REPLACED IAW MM 80-11-01, ALL TESTS CORRECT.  (M)
