## Discrepancy

DURING ANNUAL INSPECTION OF AIRCRAFT.  FOUND MISSING RIVETS FROM THE RUDDER UPPER HINGE REINFORCEMENT BRACKET.  2 EACH RIVETS APPEAR TO HAVE BEEN MISSING SINCE DATE OF MFG.
