UPPER CABIN DOOR DEPARTED IN FLIGHT.  ABOUT 1 HOUR INTO FLIGHT PILOT REPORTED CREAKING SOUND.  SHORTLY AFTERWARD, DOOR DEPARTED.  PILOT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.
