ENGINE #2, OUTBD & INBD THRUST REVERSERS, UPPER AND LOWER FAIRINGS, EXISTING REPAIRS:
DURING MAINTENANCE INSPECTION AT IAI, SEVERAL EXISTING UNDOCUMENTED REPAIRS WERE FOUND ON BOTH THRUST REVERSERS INSTALLED ON ENGINE # 2.
