## Discrepancy

EXAMINED UPPER STRUT ATTACH FITTING ON ACFT, AND FOUND FRACTURE OF THE FITTING WAS DUE TO FATIGUE. CLOSE EXAMINATION SHOWED THAT THE CRACKING INITIATED BY FRETTING FATIGUE.
