DUE TO O2 LEAK, CREW O2 CYLINDER PRESSURE DROPPED TO "0" PSI, REQUIRED REPLACEMENT. REMOVED AND REPLACED O2 CYLINDER. PERFORMED LEAK CHECK WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED.
