ON CLIMB OUT, BOTH HYDRAULIC PUMPS FAILED AND THE #2 AC WILD GENERATOR FAULTED. EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS TOWED OFF THE TAXIWAY TO THE GATE. RAI AC EXTERNAL POWER CONTACTOR.
