## Discrepancy

LOANER RT-450 IS STATIC IN TRANSMIT.  BLEEDING OVER ONTO OTHER RADIOS.  PROBLEM IS CONSTANT WITH INTERMITTENT BREAKS IN TRANSMIT.  REMOVED LOANER RT 450 SN 652.  INSTALLED LOANER SN 465.  OPS CHECK GOOD.
