## Discrepancy

FIRST OFFICERS VHF NAV FREQUENCY SELECT KNOB (BLACK) DOES NOT CHANGE FREQUENCIES AND IS LOOSE (PULLS OUT FROM PANEL).  REMOVED AND REPLACED FIRST OFFICERS NAV CONTROL PANEL IAW 34-32-03.
