LEFT FLAP TRAILING EDGE PANEL NR 3 HAS MODERATE TO HEAVY CORROSION AROUND FINGER DOUBLERS IN SEVERAL BAYS.  FINGER DOUBLERS LOOSE IN SEVERAL AREAS.  FABRICATED AND INSTALLED LOWER AND UPPER PANELS.
