LEFT WING TANK STRINGER NR 22 HAS FASTENERS ON FORWARD AND AFT SIDE WITH LIGHT CORROSION AND BARE METAL ON TOP SIDE, LOCATED BETWEEN STATION XRS 69 AND 91.  FABRICATED AND INSTALLED REPAIR STRAP AND FILLER.
