REMOVED ATTACH FITTING AT BULKHEAD XRS 69, BETWEEN STRINGER 21 THROUGH 22 RIGHT WING TO FACILITATE OTHER MAINTENANCE.  --  NEW CLIP NEEDED DUE TO BUILD UP OF REPAIR ON STRINGER. FABRICATED AND INSTALLED CLIP.
