## Discrepancy

RIGHT ENGINE HIGH-PRESSURE COMPRESSOR SHAFT SPEED WOULD NOT RISE ABOVE 13 PERCENT, HIGH-PRESSURE COMPRESSOR SHAFT SPEED ABORTED START.   REMOVED AND REPLACED RIGHT ENGINE START VALVE.
