## Discrepancy

ENGINE STARTED AND GENERATOR CAME ON LINE ALERTS BUS TIE LEFT AND RIGHT LOCKOUT EMERGENCY POWER ON BUS AC GROUND SPEED OFF ILLUMINATED.  REMOVED AND REPLACED EMERGENCY BATTERY CHARGER.
