## Discrepancy

WHILE PERFORMING THE TAIL CONE RELEASE CHECK THE AFT PRESSURE BULKHEAD DOOR WOULD NOT DEPLOY DROP THE TAIL CONE.  ADJUSTED SPRING RETAINING CLIPS TO OBTAIN 30 POUNDS PULL FORCE AS REQUIRED.
