DURING TAIL CONE SLIDE DEPLOY OPERATIONAL CHECK, THE TAIL CONE DROPPED AWAY CLEAN BUT THE SLIDE COVER DID NOT AUTOMATICALLY DEPLOY OR DEPLOY AND INFLATE EVACUATION SLIDE.  REMOVED AND REPLACED TAIL CONE EVACUATION SLIDE.
