DURING TAIL CONE SLIDE DEPLOYMENT TEST, TAIL CONE SLIDE FAILED TO DEPLOY WHEN TAIL CONE WAS RELEASED FROM AIRCRAFT.  FOUND DEFECTIVE SNAP ON STRAP ASSEMBLY, REPLACED.
