LEFT AIRCRAFT SYSTEM UNABLE TO HOLD CABIN PRESSURE AT 24,000 FEET, FLOW LIGHT WAS ON WITH OUTFLOW VALVE CLOSED.  REMOVED AND REPLACED LEFT PACK FLOW CONTROL VALVE.
