PILOT REPORTS NR 1 AND NR 2 NAVS FAILED ENROUTE TO BOS.  A/C RETURNED TO MKE.  MAINTENANCE FOUND NAV SWITCHING UNIT FAILED.  REMOVED AND REPLACED SWITCHING UNIT.  OPS CHECK GOOD.  RETURNED A/C TO SERVICE.
