FOUND RUST/CORROSION AND WATER STAIN, INDICATING WATER HAD ACCUMULATED TO A LEVEL OF MORE THAN 1 INCH AT THE BOTTOM RIB, FORE AND AFT OF THE SPAR.  SB 1105A.  TREATED CORROSION AND INSTALLED NEW TORQUE TUBE ASSEMBLY.
