DURING PREFLIGHT, FOUND RIGHT OVERWING EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHT COMES ON WHEN AIRCRAFT SHUTDOWN.  C/A: REMOVED AND REPLACED BATTERY CHARGER FOR RIGHT OVERWING EXIT LIGHT.  OPS CHECKED OK.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
