ACCOMPLISHED TWO ENGINE FERRY TO MIA IAW MM.  REMOVED AND REPLACED 13 STAGE MODULATING REGULATOR VALVE IAW MM.  OPS AND LEAK CHECK, OK.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO REVENUE SERVICE.
