## Discrepancy

ETOPS SIGNIFICANT SYSTEM - FLAPS STUCK AT FLAPS 2 DURING APPROACH WITH FLAP HANDLE AT 30 SETTING.  FLAPS REMAINED AT 2 AFTER FLAP HANDLE WAS RETRACTED FOR GO AROUND.  ALTERNATE FLAP METHOD USED.
