ETOPS SIGNIFICANT SYS: DURING CLIMB, THROUGH FL240, LT DUCT PRESSURE INDICATED 22 PSI AND RT DUCT PRESSURE INDICATED 42 PSI.  REPLACED NR1 ENGINE HIGH STAGE VALVE.
