ETOPS SIGNIFICANT SYSTEM:  APU FAULT LIGHT ILLUMINATED MAINTENANCE MSG 49-41011 NO FLAME SHUTDOWN.  REMOVED AND REPLACED APU IGNITION UNIT IAW MM 49-41-31.  OPS CHECKED NORMAL.
