ETOPS SIGNIFICANT SYSTEM:  NR 2 ENGINE "B" LOOP WOULD NOT TEST.  REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 2 ENGINE FIRE LOOP CORE DETECTOR IAW MM 26-11-11, OPS CHECKED NORMAL.
