ETOPS SIGNIFICANT SYSTEM:  AFT CARGO COMPARTMENT LOOP "A" FAILED CARGO FIRE TEST.  REMOVED AND REPLACED AFT CARGO COMPT POSITION "A3" SMOKE DETECTOR IAW AMM.  OPS CHECK OK.
