ETOPS SIGNIFICANT SYSTEM:  APU FAULT LIGHT ON UNABLE TO START APU.  REMOVED AND REPLACED APU INLET TEMPERATURE SENSOR IAW AMM 49-61-31, SYSTEM OPS CHECKS OK.
