ETOPS SIGNIFICANT SYSTEM:  FWD PASSENGER CABIN AND FLIGHT DECK ZONE TEMPERATURE HARD TO WARM UP.  REMOVED AND REPLACED RT PACK AIR CONDITIONING ACCESSORY UNIT IAW AMM 21-61-00.  SYSTEM OPS CHECK OK.
