AT START UP OF THE RT ENGINE, THE PILOT NOTICED A VIBRATION AND THE ENGINE WAS SHUT DOWN, TROUBLESHOT PROBLEM.  IT WAS DETERMINED THAT A HIGH PRESSURE TURBINE BEARING HAD FAILED.  (K)
