LT. GOVERNOR FAILED TO MOVE IN FLIGHT. USING THE MT GOVERNOR TEST TOOL, THE GOVERNOR WAS OPERATED, THE CONNECTION CLEANED AND THE OPERATION WAS NORMAL.
