## Discrepancy

ON TAKE-OFF RPM REMAINED AT 2400 AND ONLY CAME DOWN WHEN POWER WAS SET TO 30%. THE GOVERNOR WAS CHANGED...THIS OPERATOR HAS HAD REPEATED SIMILAR EVENTS
