## Discrepancy

DURING ECU SELF-TEST, AN ERROR MESSAGE APPEARED SHOWING TIME OUT. INSPECTION REVEALED A MALFUNCTIONING GOVERNOR. IT WAS REPLACED AND OPERATION CHECK WAS NORMAL.
